I am loving every ounce of my freedom. I am trying to do responsible things like drink lots of water, cook healthy meals, work out at the gym...but I am saving plenty of time for fun stuff too!! Here are some of my favorite photos of the summer so far. ENJOY!!

Nellie I just found your blog by checking in with the Art Teacher Blog Directory on Vivid Layers. I really like seeing your photography.
I also grew up in Joplin. I graduated from the old Parkwood High School. We just had our 30th reunion.
Now I teach art in Leavenworth. Was your school OK after the tornado? I hope so. I have driven through a couple times and I do see progress. It is slow but it is happening.
